The 60-Day Financial Reset

Most financial professionals want to manage your investments or sell you products. Not me. I charge one flat fee, look at your complete financial picture, and build you a personalized plan that fits your actual life: your income, your goals, your values, your debt, your dreams. No commissions. No surprises. Here is exactly what that looks like:

Step Three: The Deep Dive ~60 Minutes

This is our first real working session. I will have already reviewed your Monarch data before we meet, and I will start by presenting you with a clear picture of your net worth and your income and expenses for the previous 3 months. We will use this information to create an ideal cash flow plan to guide your spending going forward. Think of this like a budget, except you get to increase the spending that makes you happy, and only cut the spending that doesn't. We will also go deeper into your goals and create a clear picture of what financial success looks like for you.

Step Five: The Plan Reveal ~60 Minutes

This is the culmination of everything we have been working towards. We will walk through every section of your plan together, including: 3 months of historical income and expenses, a current net worth snapshot, a cash flow plan with identified automation opportunities, a goals review and estimated timeline, and formal recommendations for reaching your financial goals.

I explain each recommendation, the reasoning behind it, and what implementing it will look like in practice. You can ask questions, and together we adjust anything that does not fit. You will leave this meeting with a plan that is genuinely yours, built around your specific numbers, with personalized goals, created intentionally for your life.

Step One: Clarity Call ~30-60 Minutes

This is where we start. You share about yourself, your finances, and what you would most like to change. I explain the process and answer any questions you have. By the end of our time, we will both know whether this is the right fit. If it is not, I will tell you honestly and point you toward something that might serve you better.

There is nothing to prepare. No documents to gather. No commitment of any kind. Just a conversation.

Step Two: Onboarding ~20 Minutes

Once you decide to move forward, you will sign a short client agreement, set up a Monarch Money account, and complete an intake questionnaire that covers all aspects of your finances, goals, and values.

Monarch connects all of your financial accounts in one place, so you can see your complete financial picture without having to collect paperwork, send statements, or do most of the work that traditional advisors require of you.

I'll review everything before our next meeting and come with specific questions to fill in any gaps in the information needed to make your plan and customize your cash flow plan.

This is where I go to work. Using everything I learned in our sessions, the Monarch data, and the intake you provide, I will build your complete financial plan. This includes a personalized cash flow plan, a paycheck allocation framework so you know exactly where every dollar goes, a prioritized debt payoff strategy with a specific timeline, a savings plan with monthly contribution targets for every goal that matters to you, a net worth snapshot as your starting baseline, a giving plan if generosity is a priority for you, and referrals to other professionals for anything outside my scope.

You do not need to do anything during this phase. I will reach out if I have any clarifying questions.

Step Four: Plan Building ~A Week to Ten Days
The Process:
Step Six: Email Support ~30 Days

Your 30-day support window begins the day of your Plan Reveal. During this time, you have direct email access to me for any questions that come up as you implement the plan. I aim to answer all questions within 1 business day.

Not Sure Where To Start? Let's Build Something Custom

Examples of what this might look like:

A one-time session to work through a major purchase decision like a home, a car, or starting a business.

A standalone debt payoff strategy if that is your only pressing concern.

A net worth snapshot and goal-setting conversation to get your bearings.

The best way to find out if this is the right fit is a free 30-minute conversation. We will talk through what you are dealing with, what kind of help would be most useful, and what a fair price for that work looks like. No commitment required.

Prices Based On Scope of Services

The 60-Day Financial Reset is the right fit for most people, but not everyone needs a complete financial overhaul. Sometimes you just need focused help with one specific area of your financial life. If your situation calls for something more targeted, I offer à la carte coaching sessions and standalone services priced based on your specific needs. Whether you are working through a major financial decision, need help setting up a single system, or want a one-time review of a specific part of your finances, we can build something that fits.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who Generally Benefits Most From Our Services?

While anyone can benefit from what we do at Clemans Financial, typically we are most beneficial for people in their 20s-40s with a household income between $80k-$250k who are having trouble building their wealth. Many times they will say they feel "stuck" or like they "make good money but just can't get ahead."

How Does This Differ From Other Financial Services?

I built Clemans Financial to help people who are often neglected by other quality financial service companies. 92% of financial service companies sell financial products, like insurance or investments. This creates a conflict of interest that often puts the interest of the advisor over the interests of their clients. Most financial services that don't sell products only work with people who are already rich ($500k+ in assets). I built this company to serve people who are still working to become rich and want high-quality advice without the gimmicks or conflict of interest. See a more detailed breakdown by clicking below:

Can My Spouse or Partner Be Involved?

Yes, and I encourage it! Financial decisions affect both members of a partnership, and the plan works best when both people are aligned. There is no price difference between couples and individuals.

Do You File Taxes, Offer Legal Advice, or Manage Investments?

No. I am a financial coach, not a lawyer, tax professional, or registered investment advisor. I can help with tax planning (as a branch of financial planning), but I do not prepare tax returns or provide specific tax advice.

I can provide estate planning services which can save you billable time with a lawyer, but I cannot provide legal advice or generate legal documents for you.

Lastly, I do not manage portfolios, recommend specific securities, or buy and sell investments on your behalf. Most Americans would benefit more from effective cash flow management than investment management, which is why I have structured my business this way. However, if investment management is something you need, I will refer you to the right kind of professional.

What is Monarch Money and Do I Have to Use It?

Monarch Money is a financial dashboard that connects all of your bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment accounts in one place. I use it to see your complete financial picture before we meet, which is what allows me to build a plan based on your real numbers rather than estimates. Yes, it is a required part of the engagement. However, 1-year of Monarch Money is included in the 60-Day Financial Reset, so the total cost to you is still $996 (or $332/mo for the 3-month engagement).

What If My Finances Are a Mess?

That is exactly who this is designed for. The people I help most are the ones who feel like they should have figured this out by now and have not. There is no judgment here. A messy starting point is just a starting point.

What If I Am in Debt?

Debt is one of the most common things I work through with clients. A prioritized debt payoff strategy with a concrete timeline is included in every engagement. Debt is not a disqualifier! It is often one of the main reasons people reach out.

Are My Financial Details Kept Private?

I offer à la carte coaching for people who need focused help with a single area rather than a complete financial overhaul. Pricing is based on your specific situation. Book a FREE Call and we will figure out together what kind of help makes the most sense.

What If I Just Need Help with One Specific Thing?

Yes. Everything you share is treated as strictly confidential. I do not share your financial information with any third party except as required to deliver the services (for example, connecting your accounts through Monarch Money). My full privacy policy is available at the footer of this website by clicking "Privacy Policy."

Are you a fiduciary?

I am a CFP® operating as a financial coach rather than a registered investment advisor. As a coach I am not legally bound to the RIA fiduciary standard, but practically speaking I have nothing to sell you and no commissions to earn. My only agenda is your financial wellbeing. I operate in the spirit of fiduciary even where the legal designation does not apply.
